Heart of the Matter is a focus group that explores mental health and spirituality. Do you feel you need to share some of your experiences? This group is open to anyone who may, or may not, live with mental health issues, or support someone who does. Regardless of any faith, or none, this group is open to all, because everyone has mental health and we all have spirituality.

This childrens’ group meet during the 10am Sunday service and they have a story, a prayer and activities. All children are very welcome.

Dementia-Friendly Carol Concert at Saint Mary’s Cathedral, Dalby Way, Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough, TS8 0TW. 14th December 2018, 2pm. BSL interpreted.

A special carol service with a live nativity, traditional carols and readings.  Everyone is welcome, especially people living with dementia, their family, carers and friends. The service is followed by a festive afternoon tea.
